Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored:

If it becomes necessary to cancel an appointment, please do so at your earliest convenience. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If I need to cancel, I will do my best to accomodate you when rescheduling.

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours, although whenever possible, a full session will be honored. If I am late, accomodation to your schedule will be honored.
